Education:
Microsoft Certified Engineer / Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred)
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows Servers
Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019 and 2022
- Administer and support Windows 11 workstations
- Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance
- Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and security
- Troubleshoot server, workstation, and network-related issues
- Work with IP networking concepts, including VLANs
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and end users
