Position Title:
Revenue Cycle Management Systems Application Analyst

Location:
Saudi Arabia , Khobar 

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a relevant field

Experience:

• 5 years of hands-on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation
• Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows
• Ability to develop project proposals, plans, and deliverables
• Able to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proficiency in SQL for report development

Monthly Salary Package:
15,500 SAR 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare environment is desirable
• Presentation skills are necessary
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Clinical Applications)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for the RCM system and related applications
• Collaborate with vendors to validate system configurations and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct system testing, including UAT, and ensure quality assurance
• Develop and maintain statistical and operational reports using SQL and other tools
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with operational needs
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and business requirements
