Position Title

Onsite Software License Support Engineer

Salary

SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month

Location

Western Province ,Saudi Arabia

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in IT support, software deployment, or software license management.
Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting enterprise software deployments.
Knowledge of software licensing compliance and asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform software license activation, installation, configuration, and testing.
Deploy and configure software according to COMPANY standards and contractual agreements.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during software rollout and deployment.
Ensure software is used within the limits of purchased licenses and licensing agreements.
Educate and transfer knowledge to COMPANY project team members regarding software deployment, installation, and configuration.
Identify software licensing compliance risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Assist with software procurement activities by recommending appropriate license quantities and types.
Ensure compliance with COMPANY software standards, policies, and processes.
Configure, operate, and support enterprise software included within the project scope.
Maintain confidentiality of all COMPANY information, documentation, and data.
Work closely with COMPANY teams during deployment, installation, and rollout activities.
Support project activities in accordance with COMPANY industrial security policies and work permit requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Ability to provide knowledge transfer in Arabic and English
CompTIA A+ Certification (Mandatory).
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Experience with software installation, configuration, and testing.
Good understanding of software licensing and compliance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and within project teams.
